Aakriti Aqua City Owners Association We Stand Together Welcome to Aakriti Aqua City Owners Association, Bhopal What We Do We are a group of flat/house owner at AAKRITI AQUA CITY addressed as Aakriti Aqua City Owner’s Welfare Association* (AACOWA), in Bhopal (M.P). It has been more than 8 years for some of us since we signed the agreement with Aakriti group and made more than 80% payments (for some it is 100%), yet the house/flat unit is incomplete, no possession, no occupancy certificates (and related certificates) and lack of amenities. For now Aqua-City site is deserted with incomplete house/flat units and disconnected with vital services related to effective basic services, safety, health, education and welfare. Lack of progress for the houses/flats construction and no progress with respect to amenities is fuelling anger and anxiety amongst all of us.
